Greenlit is a submission automation platform for entertainment teams. It automates the full intake pipeline from the moment a script or package arrives through legal forms, vetting, coverage, routing, and decision. Rights, reporting, and deal records stay attached to every project record.
Greenlit centralizes the entire development workflow in one system. Submissions come in through a single intake point, legal and business affairs forms are auto-generated, coverage is routed to the right reader, and status is tracked automatically. No Airtable updates, no email archaeology, no manual status calls.

No. All projects on Greenlit are private to your workspace. Only people you explicitly share with can access them — every request is filtered by workspace before it returns anything, and our database is not reachable from the internet. Secure packages can be further protected by whitelisting specific email addresses. Greenlit can be deployed on your own infrastructure, or on separate isolated infrastructure for enterprises.
Never. Greenlit does not train AI models on your scripts, treatments, decks, contracts, or any other material you upload. Your intellectual property is yours. We use AI only to automate bounded workflow tasks (routing, form generation, reporting) and we operate under enterprise-tier agreements with all AI providers that prohibit training on your content.
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Every workspace is scoped to your organization, and every request is filtered by workspace before it returns anything. You control who has access.
For sales and acquisitions teams, Greenlit provides a full pipeline view from first submission to signed deal. Screeners and packages are shared via secure, trackable links. You can see who opened a package, how long they spent on each title, and what's under offer, all in one place without digging through email.

Siloed by design
Every Greenlit workspace is scoped to your organization, and every request is filtered by workspace before it returns anything. Your submissions, contracts, scripts, and project records are never exposed to another organization. Greenlit can be deployed on your own infrastructure, or on separate isolated infrastructure for enterprises.
Your data is never used to train AI
Your scripts, treatments, decks, and contracts are not used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's. We operate under enterprise-tier agreements with all AI providers that prohibit training on your content. Your IP stays yours.
Encrypted at rest and in transit
All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Secure packages shared externally are access-controlled via whitelisted email addresses and time-limited links. You can request a full export or deletion of your data at any time.
